Using MSB/Integriclaim on a Windows 7 computer. About 2 weeks ago the claim submit/upload option in the program stopped working. Its under the Admin-> Submit Claim option to upload/update the claim progress or submission to examiner to ComCentral.

The progress window reports that the photos are uploading, but it pauses for a while and then a message in Red appears with the message "10 of 10 retries have expired" followed by a "1 of 1 reports uploaded. Upload Successful". Yet, nothing was uploaded/updated to ComCentral. I originally thought it was due to a recent Windows update but i have removed all the recent updates for 2010 and I still cannot upload my claims.

Spoke with an MSB help desk person and they indicated that there is nothing they can do and that i need to downgrade to Windows XP to submit/update my claims. Has anyone that uses MSB Integriclaim experienced this problem?

the program worked perfectly before with Windows 7 and now it doesnt. I dont see a reason to downgrade if it worked before. HELP!

I haven't had the problem, but check your windows update history.  If it was working and then quit, then an update may have been installed that made a change in the compatability.  You may need to uninstall an update or system restore to when the system was working, and then disable windows updates from automatically installing until MSB releases a version of Integri that will work with today's computers.
