I would like to download integriclaim, is this option available? Or do I have to have them send me the disk?

Thank you in advance for your replys,

MS/B does not have provisions to download IntegriClaim on their website. They prefer to send you a CD. If you are registered with Pilot Catastrophe, you can download it from their website.

Does the CD have a week trial period similar to Xactimate?

Not having any time on Integra has cost me a deployment already this year, I'd prefer that not happen again, and I'd really rather not drop the $400 Integra wants for 1 day's worth of web based training.

John, I just ordered the demo disc last month, and like XM8, it expires every 30 days, then you remove it from the HD and reload it. I found out the hard way not to make any changes as to where to store it on your computer-where ever it defaults to just click OK. The really annoying thing about the IC demo is it shuts itself down every 30 minutes-so if you're in the middle of something, it will save it-but it shuts completely down, then you have to go back to the desk top, click on the IC icon and fire it up again. But, hey, it's free, and the folks at MSB tell me if you've got the demo on your machine when you go to active the live version, it's pretty quick.
ClaimsMentor has a good link for a firm called NAMIC for an manual.
Good luck, let me know if you find any good study material on IC.

    Kevin,

Wasn't 30 days enough time for you to evaluate the software?

I used Integra for the first time on a storm in '06. Took me about 30 minutes to load and get up and running. Then I spent that evening walking through a few made up claims and sketches. no problem just falling into it. Get the 30 day and you should be good, then its just a phone call to get activated for a storm.
