    Settlement negotiations continue in a class action lawsuit involving Citizens Insurance of Louisiana over imposed fines of $100 million plus as a result of claim handling delays post Katrina and Rita. Yesterday, Citizens offered $80 million to resolve this case after the US Supreme Court refused their motion to delay settlement.
