5 Replies and 3898 Views CA U.S. District Court says Katrina storm surge ..  3898  5 Started by  host is not excluded by excess policy's flood exclusion. In the Insurance Coverage Law Blog (located here), the author David Rossmiller reviews the August 16 decision in Northrop Grumman v. Factory Mutual Ins. Co.,  lawsuit.   It appears that the decision was at least in part based on the lack of the phrase "whether driven by wind or not,"    Some good reading if you get a chance check it out.

5 Replies and 4550 Views NFIP Classes are Filling Up  4550  5 Started by  johnpostava One of my contacts at NFIP tells me the 2007 NFIP certification classes are filling up.  For those of you who qualify for certification next year it would be a good move to send in your registration early so you get the class and location of your choice. If you are attending the 2007 NACA convention in Fort Worth in January, a representative from NFIP will be holding a certification class for all paid attendees.
