As you may have noticed we have had some trouble with the site. It appears to be related to a server crash or similar problem. You will notice some many missing items and the site will not work well until we get it fully restored which may take all weekend. The Thar She Blows contest has started. In order to win the grand prize you must pick the name of the first hurricane to make US landfall, the state that it will make landfall in and the week the landfall will occur. Only one combination per registered user, no duplicates will be allowed. The entry deadline is July 1, 2012 or when a TS is named if earlier.

I called friends at other firms who stated they also received straight w2's. The statutory employee box is not checked. What is the industry standard for reporting.
