Magnetic Polar Shifts Causing Massive Global Superstorms 4628 7
Started by ChuckDeaton
NASA has been warning about it…scientific papers have been written about it…geologists have seen its traces in rock strata and ice core samples…
Now 'it' is here: an unstoppable magnetic pole shift that has sped up and is causing life-threatening havoc with the world's weather.
Forget about global warming—man-made or natural—what drives planetary weather patterns is the climate and what drives the climate is the sun's magnetosphere and its electromagnetic interaction with a planet's o...

Citizens Face To Face 18581 49
Started by cowboy26995
Citizens of Florida is now insisting that their training be taken in a classroom setting rather than online. Now we are being bombarded by e mails from vendors wanting us to spend time and resources to get on the roster of a company that seems to have one of the worst fee schedules, retractable RFP's and other assorted administrative woes. I sure hope they hire that new Director of Cat Ops soon. Maybe someone who actually has run a major Cat or a 'real' cat manager would be a good idea. No cats ...

How many Independent Adjusters out of work Today 13606 35
Started by Goldust
Just curious,
How many IA's are there out of work today who don't have other income to survive .
How many total adjusters are there in the USA . Including Staff adjusters.
How many newbies still want to get into this stagnant business.

WELL,
Wife put me to work cleaning the blinds. Was going to slow so i devised a new way to speed things up a little.
&160; Fill wife's jet tub w/ hot water put a few caps of ammonia in then lay blinds in . Start jets making sure they are covered below water line. Otherwise you will have a 2nd mess to clean up.
let jets run 10-15 minutes, drain water after you shut off jets otherwise a 3rd mess to clean up.
use towel to gently wipe them dry and rehang. Before she gets home !

$2.6M deal to settle FEMA mobile home claims 2759 1

Companies that manufactured mobile homes for the Federal Emergency Management Agency after Hurricane Katrina have agreed to pay $2.6 million to resolve thousands of claims that the shelters exposed Gulf Coast storm victims to potentially dangerous fumes, according to a proposed class-action settlement filed Friday.
Attorneys for plaintiffs and roughly two dozen mobile home makers and their subsidiaries are asking a federal judge to approve the deal, which would be the second mass sett...

I am asking because I have a smoke Claim im working on from wildfires heres in California, and the insurance company submitted a estimate with no line items and very cl...

How photograph car against building claims 2118 1
Started by Leland
I do a lot of car against building claims and thought I would share some of the things I try to do with my photos. I'm sure there are some people with more experience than I, please chime in if you have anything to add. I know this is not CAT adjusting per se, but I know that many CAT adjusters do daily claims or are trying to get into daily claims.
Things to photograph:
1) The damaged elevation (obviously)
2) Closeup of the damage (obviously)
3) scratches and or skid marks on curbs and side...
