Can I get an AHMEN, for brother Tom. State Farm did not get to be the juggernaut it is without mashing some folks.

These post are great! I think these story's really tell us how the real world of "Adjusting" can be. I have several years of experience as a staff adjuster and now an independent. I have learned a lot from working claims through the year's but also i learn more everyday when I'm out in the field. I also have trouble from time to time. I would like for someone to help me out in a few things that  seem to be my weak points. I am getting better but still need some work. Adjuster Tn hang in there with your determination you will succeed.

Thanks for the experienced adjuster's that shared the story's!
