If you are the property owner, I might understand your inquiry. But by your post it seems you are an adjuster, since you're "updating my price sheet".  If so, why are you asking here instead of directly to your carrier supervisor???

I agree go to the front  not the rear of the horse and say speak SF prices.

I'm a contractor, with an adjusters license, running xactimate in Austin. Pilot called and asked me to come to their class, in Grand Prairie, at the end of July.  I thought this would be a friendly place to ask this question.

Hi Tony, it is not that we are unfriendly. Please understand that you are basically performing as a contractor at this moment in time, fishing for State Farm prices, and that is not what we are here for really. No problem with you being a contractor at all, that is how these damages get repaired and we respect that.

An upcoming event with Pilot has nothing to do with this conversation.  Your experience as an adjuster, or adjuster license has nothing to do with this either.

If one of your customers is insured with State Farm, check with the adjuster who is working that local area.

Don't mean to be adversarial, I am of the opinion that there should be plenty of food on the table for everyone.

No intention to be "unfriendly", Tony.  But your original post (edited since then) gave the impression you were working for the carrier.  Everyone here is more than willing to kick in with advice, help & opinions....think of us as your mother or sister, and not your wife.   If you had said you were a contractor to begin with I'm not sure you would have gotten any better answers though.  Guess you need to find out from the horse's mouth, like Ray said.
