Looking for a E&O source, I read the archives and saw all the arguments for and against E&O, but it has just become a necessary evil for me. So at this point any sorces for a Texas adjuster would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Jim,

I went to a conference at wardlaw Claims this week. An agent by the name of Ken Moody was putting together E&O for adjusters.

Said it was around $100 per mo.?????

Call them and they can give you his number--254-772-6055
    800-217-0901 .

I bought my E & O from AMIS. Annual preimium is around $850 for 1 million/ 2 million. General Liability is also inculded. I'm located in MS.

The largest account I have for daily claims requires E&O.

I have the same coverage from AMIS.  I went to the PLRB Conference in Orlando and CPLIC (see contact information in second post above) set up a booth and teamed up with with the NAIIA and RPA.  They were all first class people.
