Has ANYONE accepted a newly trained adjuster who is willing to pay own housing ,food, gas costs? Have I wasted my money training with US Staffing, has anyone had better luck finding a mentor if they trained elsewhere?
Yes you have wasted your money with US Staffing !!
However you would have wasted your money getting licensed anywhere with that attitude. If you would have done even 5 minutes of research on this site and any other adjuster site you would see that new adjusters ask the same mentor questions a thousand times a day.
If you put even a minute effort into your search you would see there are more than a few apprentice projects out there right now. I know this because I created them.
The projects have been fantastic and the first 5 out of the first 8 adjusters who went through the program are now full time adjusters, 4 are IA's currently deployed in Arizona, Ohio, Connecticut and the 5th is now a staff adjuster with company vehicle, laptop XM8 scribe, expenses and a protected territory.
All 8 adjusters have been licensed less than 6 months.
I have posted in the classifieds here on this very site both projects, that shows me you are lazy and would rather whine than further your opportunities.
I have never said this to anyone as I have helped many new adjusters get their start, but with your comments , you do NOT have a chance in hell to make it, QUIT NOW !! Do not come back until you are ready to put in the work required to get your shot.
Now with that being said I gave you all the info you need to start over and approach this industry a different way. If your smart enough to read between the lines, I will look forward to seeing your application.
