Folks, Sears has a 10" electronic angle finder, pitch finder, level, etc, for less than $40. It has a digital read-out that will show up well in a photo. This little gizmo will stop all the arguments as to the roof pitch and whether it is steep or how steep. Just another useful little toy. Larry D Hardin

How do you get a reading if you measure from the ground ?

You keep bending over till you can line up the slope. Then you measure from your eyeball to the ground and look up the pitch in the book. LOL "Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new... Albert Einstein"
