I am trying to learn what to expect and what to study for the new USAA certification exam. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

Dexter this is only a guess, but usally a vender who works for USAA gets you certified, and this is after you meet their vetting process. Hope this helps

If you can pass the State Farm test you should be able to pass the USAA test. SF study material is available from a Vendor who will sponsor you for the IDL and the test.

USAA exam was very basic, nothing like SF exam. Finished in about 15-20 minutes. Unless of course they have changed it.
