It's been said that the only constant is change.  I don't agree with that.  There's another constant, and that's the desire for change.

Make sure that your actions and behaviors live up to and reflect the words and ideas, promises and commitments that come out of your mouth. When you commit to a vendor, stay with that commitment. Jumping ship because someone else has offered you a little more will catch up with you, then no one will want to hire you.

People begin to become successful the minute they decide to be.

Until one is committed
There is hesitancy, the chance to draw back,
Always ineffectiveness.
Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation),
There is one elementary truth,
The ignorance of which kills countless ideas
And splendid plans: That the moment one definitely commits oneself,

Don't spend time beating on a wall, hoping to transform it into a door

We must not allow other people's limited perceptions to define us. Become who you wish to be.

Learn to express rather than impress.  Expressing evokes a me too attitude while impressing evokes a so what attitude.

You cannot escape the responsibility of tomorrow by evading it today.

Confidence doesn't come out of nowhere.  It's a result of something. Hours and days and weeks and years of constant work and dedication. That is what makes a good, proficient adjuster.

Strength does not come from winning.  Your struggles develop your strengths.  When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.

Keep on going, and the chances are that you will stumble on something, perhaps when you are least expecting it.   I never heard of anyone ever stumbling on something sitting down.

The deepest secret is that life is not a process of discovery, but a process of creation.   You are not discovering yourself, but creating yourself anew.   Seek, therefore not to find out who you are, seek to determine who you want to be.

I hope I shall possess firmness and virtue enough to maintain what I consider the most enviable of all titles, the character of an honest man. Is this important in our work, absolutely, plus knowledge.
