Your second paragraph is nothing but a damned lie!

There are adjusters w/ more than 10 years experience sitting at home waiting to work for a good company. You need to read these forums in more depth. Try reading the forum getting started for some truthful information. There are good adjusters who haven't worked in 2 years.

Just trying to save you some money and heartache

Catastrophe Adjusters who have good experience in closing roof claims have not worked in years, possibly 2-3. Just remember its much more difficult to close a file that was hit with marble size hail than it was the roof that was hit with an inch &and quarter hail(damaging hail). The training schools are in biz. to sell you 2 or 3 days of 8 hr, schools for about $125.00 per day plus expense.

Just remember you will have 3 very large problems to start up. The money to start, the no cure no pay rule, and getting your paycheck from a vender. Well over 50,000 people have a cat adjusters license and if each adjuster with a license gets 500 losses to gross-net; $100.000 per year. Do the math and you will see it takes several million roofs to get all licensed people working on one given day. The largest hail storm last year was in Phoenix last Fall, how many people do you know or who you have heard who worked 500 losses in Phoenix.

Wow.... thanks for calling me a lier... are the rest of the people on this forum like Goldust?

Just to explain things a bit, I went out looking for the company. I didnt sit at home waiting for the company to come to me. I want to be on several rosters so US Adjusting Services is one of many.

I might not know alot about this industry yet but I do know how to work hard, so I'll take my chances with the money and heartache and let you sit at home...Golddust.

To the rest of you, I'll definatly report back in April on how the assesemnet went. And thanks for the advice too.

Durring my conference call they said its getting super hard to find adjuster and they are in desparate need to meet demand and add to their roster.

Your above statement is the one I was referring to. Either they haven't tried to get adjusters or The adjusters they have had are tired of getting hopes & promises and no money or screwed on the money they are suppose to get.
