I am trying to print a copy of the roofing section of the XM8 price list. It seems to print with base service charges factored in (to the pricing) each time, regardless of what I have previously set up in the parameters. I want to print a copy without the base service charges. Can this be done? If so, how? I know about their web site, help, etc., I find I get better answers, sooner, here.

    Bruce,

When you select the pricelist from the main screen and open it, there will be 3 options at the bottom of the page for the Base Service Charges. The default is the one with it factored in. Just change to what you need and what categories you want from the column on the left.

You can call me direct at 713-416-8044 or email at khromas@aol.com if you want me to walk you through it.

The 'parameters' selection only applies to the estimate preparation.

    Thanks Kevin, that worked.

Instead of double clicking and opening the price list I wanted, I was just highlighting it and then going to the choices on the right side of the screen, selecting Options, then Print Price List. My way never gave me the BSC options to choose from.

In the Bulletins is the info about a FREE ON-line Xactimate class.

When you click on the link, you will get an "access denied" screen. Just ignore that and click on the FORUMS in the upper header section. That will open the list to get to the class.

    Thanks,
    Kevin Hromas

(Roy, I didn't have a way to get in to the Bulletins to modify that link. If you want me to change it there, let me know and I will send you that link.)

Kevin, I missed your note to me in your last post. You should be able to edit the Bulletin after you login. Just click on your bulletin from the home page and then right next to the Subject you should see a "blue pencil" click the pencil to edit your bulletin. I checked the link and could not find an error, it just points to a private forum. Let me know if you do not see the "Blue Pencil".

Tip: check the "All" box to get the bulletin to show up on the main bulletin page.
