This conference looks very interesting and under the "Who should attend" it does list Insurance associates. There are NO adjusting firms on the list of exhibitors in 2006 so you might be able to get in the ground floor on exhibiting at this convention that states it had over 4,000 attendees last year. The cost to attend looks very reasonable and I note that State Farm is one of the underwriters of the program(sponsors) and the only carrier thus far listed as an "underwriter" of the conference on their web page..

This looks most interesting for attendance by adjusters and adjusting firms  in light of all the new Florida emergency rules, etc. Here is the entire PDF on the 1/29/07 Govenor Crist ruling which freezes rates, non renewals and on page 10 you will see the requirements that all claims be paid or denied within 90 days of receipt by the carrier.

Exhibit booth contact information.. The cost of the booths is not mentioned on the website
but she told me exhibitor booth space runs $1,700 for a corner booth and  $1,500 for an interior
booth. The advertising options look very reasonable from business card size at $350 to full page ads
at about $850.00. I have now received all the registration forms for sponsors and floor plans and advertising cost
sheets from them. If any firm needs a copy, just email me and I'll forward you her email as I feel strongly about
the adjusting community needing to support this conference and to learn more about the processes that will be used to enforce the 90 day ruling which we will hopefully learn more about at the conference sessions.
