The 2007 Thar She Blows contest has started. The contest was first created by Dave Hood (Katadj) a few years back, we did not have it the last two years.  The way the contest works is you forecast or pick the storm that you believe will be the first hurricane (Cat 1 or greater)  to make US landfall, the date that you believe it will hit and the state that it will make landfall in.

The form for the contest can be found on the Cane Page after you login under the CADO logo.  The entries will also be posted on the Cane Page.  The contest ends on 5/1/2007 this year.  Use the form to enter the contest.

Does not appear that this location is readily accessible, more directive is needed to access the form.
