I going to get straight to the point my questions.

    1. What it takes to become successful in this business?

    2. Can a this become one's career and how?

    3. What is the best way to start out?

Chester, go to the forum archives, as there is a ton of good valuable information about your questions. It will take some time to research, but it is all there. This has been discussed time and time again in the forums, so no need to go into it again,
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

    Chester,

I have locked this topic here and  have moved your questions to the Community Forum under the Training and Getting Started Section. The heading for this forum states that it is for:

"General topics related to claim handling. Training and\or Getting Started related topics should be posted in the Training Forum"

That is why your previous post under Catastrophe Central was locked. Tom's suggestion that you check the forum archives is a good one. You will find literally thousands of posts answering your questions, there. But if you want some more answers, the Community Forums is the proper place to find these responses.
