Our elevator room ( at floor level) in our condo is 9 above flood level. Our elevator room electronics is another 4 foot up from the floor.

If a flood exceeds 9 ft and and reaches and damages the controll panels in the elevator room, is it covered. No issue with the elevator pit as elevator is on a hydrolic lift system.  Condo is located in Florida. Any RCBAP adjusters available to answer question? Greatly appreciated.
