I'm looking at getting into adjusting and know I need to gain experience.  So I acquired my Ga license a few months back and started applying with the big companies.

So far I've had almost 0 success.  I've had a couple phone interviews but generally I'm not even to that point.

I currently work for a large telco as a technician so I spend a good bit of my time working aloft, inside attics, crawlspaces etc... so I figured this would be a good switch.

I have a bachelors in business and a background in bus mgmt.

Im open to relocation and have applied outside of the metro area as well as in other states.

I currently make fairly good money as a technician and know I will probably take a cut initially moving to adjusting but cannot do a $20k a yr drop so this limits my choices somewhat.

I'd like your opinions on what I can do to make myself more appealing.  I work 55-60 hrs a week so I can't do second job/intern/etc...

Will more certifications help?  More licenses?  Any advice welcome.  Thank you

If you got more than one interview for a staff property adjuster position and you didn't get it, the interview is the problem.
