Does anyone out there have a sample completed claim that a new adjuster could look over, maybe get an Idea of what a well put together claim looks like. You could black out the names, just something that a Newly Licensed adjuster could get familiar with. I completed my licensing with AdjusterPro, However, did not receive a "Sample" of what a completed claim might look like. I know that there are many variables, and I don't want to use it as a template or anything. Just would like to see what a fine estimate might look like.
All of the Adjusting sites and Communities have been very helpful, so much useful and educational material and so many experienced Adjuster willing to help the Newly Licensed. I really can't wait to be doing this full time.
Thank you in advance

Pio,
the thing is a sample claim is not objective. Further, different carriers would say one claim is on the money whilst the other would say who wrote this, a rookie first year PA?
Example, Safeco in all their wisdom have decided to instruct their IA's on a standard HO-3 policy to limit painting in a room with one or two damaged walls and or ceiling to the damage itself, matching be damned. Further, they have a cash bonus for those IA's who keep claims under 10K
Although I think what Safeco is doing is stupid and simply setting up their IA's for a fall and a bad faith action, the fact is a good estimate is whatever the carrier says it is...............
