Hello everyone.  I've spent quite a bit of time reading the forums on this site and have gained a lot of insight.  I've worked for a State Farm agent for over 15 years now, but I'm looking for something more challenging that will provide me with some independence.  I've been considering cat claim adjusting for some time now, but looking for something in more of a support type role where I may be more qualified.  Do these jobs exist?  I'm wondering if this may be a better way to familiarize myself with the industry and decide if I want to pursue further opportunities.  My "jumping off point" starts next week when I attend a 3 day prelicensing class in Tampa through Adjuster Training Solutions.  After that I plan on taking Xactimate training and the State Farm certification classes.  Any advice/suggestions anyone has on support/call center/office roles would be appreciated.  Thank you
