    Everyone,

I'm trying to make adjusting my career and not just another gig.  I have done my class room training for my all-lines Texas license plus I have about a year of field training.  I have also got onto a roster but since I'm "Green" they're still gun shy about assigning me claims.  I'm trying to decide between these two additional certifications any and all advice would be great.

    Thanks

I woiuld suggest that you get on more than one roster. Even though 98% of my work was with one company, I always liked to keep my options open.

Do your research here on CADO, figure out which two or three you want to work for and get on their rosters. It doesn't hurt to contact them every week or so and tell them you're ready and available..

    Happy Trails
