Hello, I'm in the middle of closing a claim on Xactimate and after I changed the status to completed I went into Print Or E-mail reports and the upload button that is usually between Print... and Export is simply not there for me to press. Did I do something wrong? Is there a workaround for this? Thanks in advance.
