    Roy,

    By web based estimating ,

you are talking about a CMS(Claims Management System) correct ? Along the same lines as File Trac, Clickclaims ?

I need to utilize one of these types of CMS  like yesterday. I would like to ask any fellow CADO member to drop me an email about any preference. I ask for this NOT so I don't have to do the research myself or be spoonfed the information although that would be nice. (Humor folks) Of CMS programs, when I am looking at them on their  respective websites, all I am getting is the benefits of said systems w/o highlighting any potential drawbacks.
