AD posted march 5th   "auto adjusters needed-positions being filled immediately".   Is it possible to attend a week of training and be able to handle a job such as bodily injury claims adjuster or auto litigation adjuster?   has anyone applied for this job? does anyone know about renfroe's auto division? has anyone attended this type of training?    Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.                          Liz

I'm betting that Renfroe wouldn't put an inexperienced adjuster in either of these positions. That's not the way Renfroe works.

Auto BI/PDadjusters need about 2 years as a staff adjuster to do this type of claim.

Thanks for the info.  So, where can you get this type of traning in a classroom setting.  If a company really need a certain number of adjusters for these type of jobs, I believe they will hire people without the experience and train them.  It happens all the time in this industry, there are adjusters in these positions right now who do not have 2yrs of this type of experience, some do not have any experience in this area. But, having some book knowledge will help in an on-the-job-training opportunity.

Renfro is putting together an Auto Cat team. They have just started. I understand a few deployments for BCO assist have already taken place.
I know the voices aren't real, but sometimes they're right!
