     Can anybody tell me if insulation in the crawlspace would be covered (ACV\RCV?), building is a prefirm building. Thanks

    You are the only one that has the answer. Look at the policy. Is the policy residential or commercial. Is coverage written on an RCV or ACV basis.

    crawl space like under the floor ... yes for direct damage... can also be RCC

    If the risk is a Dwelling, Pre-firm,  and  the insulation is under the sub-floor & was "touched by the flood waters" then coverage for both ACV first, then RCV when actually replaced would apply.

    Aganin read the policy, if the coverage is ACV then apply depreciation. In some cases the policy will be ACV with an 80% replacement cost provision. The RCV of the dwelling has to be determined before a decision can be made as to whether to apply depreiciation.
