Anyone knows what is special cleanup and removal some adjusters add it to adjustment when assessing damage to property. I can not find it in xactimate.

    Thanks.

"special" anything is usually MSB. Xactimate doesn't use the word "special". It is very common to see CLN LAB at the end of an xm8 estimate, with the note "progressive and final cleanup."

It is common to see a "General" category (like a room) with permits/fees/cleanup/disposal etc

BTW, I always hated that MSB used the word 'Special' since it was like telling the insurance company, "Hey look at me! I'm not your average line item so you might want to kick the estimate back for more changes."

Sardonically speaking, what in the world is so 'special' about picking up your mess after you finish anything?  (Yes, I completely agree that you should charge for it.)
