    Newbie on here as well as in the adjusting feild,  Located in oHIo,  just recently downloaded xactimate 27.1 and I have noticed that I seem to missing tabs and can not apply them thru the user preferences,  I am missing loss recap tab and summary tab, and maybe a coupl of others.  Does anybody know how to apply these????    Thanx,  Mike

    Are you in a project? Can you select the tabs from the Menu as in the image below.

    yes I have been in there and the loss recap , claim reports, summary options are no in there to choose???

    So they are not in the Menu Dropdown, what profile are you using? Contractor, Carrier?

    BTW, you will not have a Summary Tab in 27.1, it is now part of the Estimate Items.

    not quite sure how to do that , I do not have the laptop with me at the moment , however I will have it here after lunch. then I will attempt to do an image, Thank you much.

    I use Snagit but if you have it (Xactimate) installed on a laptop with Windows 7 or Vista it's real easy to get a picture, just open Xactimate go the window and the use the Windows Snipping Tool which will let you capture the screen by dragging the cursor around the screen.     I did notice in one of your other post that you had purchased the product, so Xactware's customer service should be the next step.

    It could be related to the version or related to your product key, Click Help and then "About Xactimate" to get the information. I have not seen your problem before and at this time I cannot reproduce it. I do know a lot of features are connected to the product key.
