I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on making my photo sheets? I am making them in MS Word now but it is a real pain in the but. You have to resize every photo and it is a nightmare to label. Sometimes I have to do seen investigations where you don't use Pathways or Xactimate.

    Any Suggestions?

You could use FastStone Photo Resizer  www.faststone.org/FSResizerDetail.htm  to resize all the photos at once.

While you're resizing you could put the insured's name and/or claim number on each photo if you want.  It's a good program.

I almost always use Photo Adjuster.

Here are some sheets that we have on CADO. They come from the old file sharing section.

I do scene investigations too, but prefer to use Xactimate all the time since all I have to do to create a file is put the Insured's Name, Claim No., and Policy No.  Xact also prints out two basic layouts- one allows you to type several sentences.

Nice sheets Roy. Thanks for posting.  If I end up not having Xactimate open for some odd reason, I will revert to those.
