Anyone know of a website that will depict which insurance company's are at greatest risk due to Hurricane?  Possibly a scenario such as if hurricane struck here, what insurance company's would be impacted the most.

I am a licensed adjuster and more importantly, a recruiter, attempting to expand out of Texas.

As far as insurers by state you can also go to the state DOI and look at thier last reports which are broken down by coverage type and insurer.

It really is nice to see our collective blood getting up, much like a pride of lions with their noses in the wind smelling a herd of delicious antelope coming towards them. Here we've put aside our petty bickering and baiting to get our kit packed and the rigs loaded. All that's left is to gas up when the marching orders arrive with the ringing of the phone. I'll never tire of this anticipation if I live to be 17 years old!

But Christmas , we are spending it, not making it. lol. True. There is some sort of rush that we seem to get when a storm is approaching. I think that it's the gypsy in me. Never knowing where your going, or what your going to see. I got the same rush as a kid when a storm was in the gulf, I knew that meant no school, and a visit to family members up north somewhere. Then back home, no power, mom and dad sitting outdoors with the neighbors and a battery operated radio, firing up the grill to cook everything that had not spoiled yet. Going with mom to stand in line for ice. These are some of my fondest childhood memories. So, there's not roof on the house, Daddy will fix it!
