I justed purchased an e-book by Trent Massey of their site American Claims Institute. After paying them through Pay Pal it is supposed to redirect you back to their site where you can download the pdf E-book. Well I think I was taken? I was redirected back to their site and there was no download and just a couple of error messages. I tried to contact them through the e-mail supplied by Pay-pal and their site but it came back as undeliverable. I did open a dispute with Pay Pal on this but wondering if anyone on Catadjuster.org had heard of this or had the same experience?
The web site made it sound real good for a newbie adjuster wanting to get into the property field???
    Thank you

Probllem resolved by Mr Trent Massey. He sent me this E-book and gave me some good advise. It was a computer communication problem between his website and Pay Pal that was causing the issues. I'm leaving the forum now and getting started on reaading the E-book.

I would be interested in knowing more about the book written by Mr. Massey. I know a Trent Massey from NE Texas that was a turn & burn adjuster that was a staff adjuster for State Farm before becoming an independent. He was know for jumping independent carriers if they didn't give him 50 claims when he showed up. I understand he did turned in a good product as a turn & burn guy, but you still had to have someone clean up the files later. Normally they were small issues.

For the record, I would hire Mr. Massey because he IS a good turn & burn adjuster.  He handles a good volume of claims with only minor clean up.  Give me 10 Trent Masseys and 5 Tom Tolls and I could efficiently handle most diasters with 95% closure in 28 calendar days.

Good post mboy, If Massey was a State Farm staff he knew his stuff. I still do not think any carrier knows more about storm claims or auto BI claims than State Farm. If you are going to be in the IA cat adjusting biz, get on with a vendor that has temp. employee perks and on the State Farm list. If the vendor does not have temp employee perks....still get on the SF list  with a SF Vendor.
