I currently finished an adjuster course in Irving, Texas and am awaiting my license. I live in Lubbock, Texas and am interested in how to get started with a company such as yourself. I can travel anywhere to work and ready to get going. I have done construction in the commercial glass industry, finish out on Hotels, remodeling in residential homes and worked as a Superintendent building hotels for a brief period. I am ex military and worked as a dialysis nurse for many years. Look forward to hearing from you. Mitchell Williams

Why won't you guys read the post? She states to contact her. My suggestion would be to email her a resume and any other pertinent information.

I attempted to research some background on this solicitation with the theory "know before you go" which prompted the email sent to claimgirl below with her response. Although this would not be a good fit for us, some of you may be interested in some of the details that was offered.....see below....

I do adjuster recruiting and claim management for a very small independent company out of Illinois. They work with Allstate, Travelers and Liberty Mutual. They work mostly in daily work. We try to provide adjusters in the outlying areas that "other" companies tend to not want to drive. We get a very small slice of the pie. Our carriers are asking for adjusters in the western/southwestern area of Colorado.

To answer all of your questions:

I am not associated with Trinity Financial Services LLC. I have created my own management LLC for this work specifically.

This is daily work in the western/southwestern area of Colorado

The fee schedule is a graduated scale based on amount of gross loss. The adjuster will receive a 60% split of gross fee to include photos, and 100% mileage.

I had no desire to get bombarded with phone calls regarding this position. I will provide information to those that show interest in my post.

It is our understanding that Pilot Catastrophe Services typically process Allstate claims. Are you associated with Trinity Financial Services LLC? Are these daily claims associated to a specific weather event or are you soliciting for a resident adjuster to cover claims on a perpetual basis? What is the fee schedule and share percentage offered? Daily rate? T&E? Why did you not provide a name and telephone number in your solicitation. Please provide additional information.

    Thank you and regards,
