Roy,
I will not dispute that my getting ripped off motivated me to pursue a direction that could benefit myself as well as insurance carriers. While you may not agree with the concept of reality with regard to the principle of indemnity due to the point of origin in my posts.
However, there is NO escaping reality regarding what I posted about the concerns of agents and insurance carriers. I do see my ideas as being something that have merit and I am NOT asking people for advice on how to prosecute this person as that is a legal matter that only law enforcement, and the judiciary could answer.
My question is an Insurance Question. How to develop a WIN=WIN program that saves insurer's money and helps contractors get paid. Carrier's have preferred vendor programs in order to save $$$$.
I fully explained my reasons for bringing up this issue as a LICENSED INSURANCE AGENT. A fact that you have obviously overlooked. As a roofing contractor I have spoken to agents in GA that are not happy with the current spike in hail claims due to many factors.
Anyway... I do not need to repeat myself. I believe my idea to create a partnership between insurance carriers and contractors that help both entities is a WIN+WIN IDEA.
I am looking for ideas on how to do that. Though I will do some research on who are the decision makers at State Farm, Allstate, etc... and explain my idea to them and see if there is interest in it?
