The premier source for all policies, endorsements and related coverage's is FCandS.com

The cost is about 650-750 per year, but it invaluable

Bryan, go online to www.nationalunderwriters.com and go to their online store. You will find a large listing of books and CDs available regarding coverage, including commercial and personal lines.

For homeowners, input that topic under the topic windows at top left. Scroll down to Homeowners Coverage Guide. This is available in book form or CD for $44.95. Commercial Property is also available, same price.

Excellent reference material. The FC&S web site is an excellent source (part of national underwriters) but pricey online. If you work for an IA firm or carrier that will subscribe, that's the way to go.

    Hope this helps..

Another excellent source is the CPCU text for Claims Adjusting (#35) Their sample policy book is an excellent reference. You can reach them online American Society of CPCU
