I would like to know if anyone has worked for Frontier Adjusters? They are a franchise IA company all over the US with over 200 locations. My question is how reputable are they and who do they adjust claims for? Would you reccommend becoming an independent for them if possible? Thanks for the feedback.

Depends on the franchise. Where I used to live, they had a good reputation. Like any firm or franchise, it all boils down to the integrity of that particular firm or franchise.

They are a franchise as stated prior, and the office is as good as the franchise holder. They will handle claims for a broad range of companies, and claims will be of every imaginable sort. I have worked simple roof, auto, commercial, fire, oilfield exposures, heavy equipment, etc. I worked for a franchise and was certainly pleased with all aspects. I also entertained a franchise but I am in a rural area and the good metro local were all taken. After seeing how they assign claims nationally, that may not have been an issue. I worked claims across city, county, and area boundaries simply because I would handle a specific type of claim or the company liked my work on a prior claim. In short my answer is yes to both your questions. And just my opinion, don't get hung up on their fee, you will get perks that come along with it.

    Good luck,
