I'm Scott from Virginia carry a FL Lic and applying for aditional states now. I'm 40, not married, no children pretty much unencumbered. I have built over 600 houses and done 100's of commercial renovations (Gov and VA general contractor). I know the building business now I need to transition in the adjusting business. Who can offer suggestions how I can enter into a mentoring program/situation. I see adjusting as a career change for me. I need the practical experience you can't get in a classroom. Thanks for your input and suggestions in advance. I wish all that spent thier time to read this the happiest of holidays. Respectfully, Scott
