This is for people who have never worked a storm and have been called to deploy for the storm in the GOM. One Tuesday November 10, 2009 I can give you 20 hrs training in two days in Liberty Texas on two houses that have actual damage. I will have all the land mines on exclusions and excepted property in printed foorm. I will have closed files to review at night. Bring your loaded computer with printer. Cost is $200.00 classes will be cancelled if I do not get 5 students. I will cut off at 12. NO CE. The cabin was livable, but the water well pump is out. and one room has mold from a water claim. I can close off the mold BR. I have 2 double beds and two single beds. First come gets free bed and electric kitchen. Bring own drining water and food. No bath, but can flush with lake water. Double beds in Liberty for $60.00 per night @ motel across from Ford Dealer. All we will do is actual scope, estimate and put file togather many times in 2O hours with homework first day. I had enough to make it worth my time and it wasa very good two days. The cabin is being renovated at this time and will reopen in December for one or two sessions of scoping and writing estimates, reviewing estimates, coverage, CE credits and money refunded for the remaining days paid in advance(if you do not think its worth your Hard earned $$) The class will be 8 hours per day, home work at night, a test ever day and cost $100.00 per day with AC cabin, hot showers, electric kitchen, laundy, parking, etc. A new dwelling/building will be scoped each day and finished the same day. Any program of your choice. I suggest the Framing Book by Wagner as the construction text book (Lowes) $18.00 or Amazon. HO-3, DP 1,2,3 will be the coverage forms. Please download and study if you have any interest. I will have clean bunk beds and can handle 20 persons at a time. First come first served. I will start a web site and advertize on Cado as a commercial site.I plan on December 1 through 5th and Dec 14th to 18th.
