I look in to getting my Haag cert. but would like some feedback. Has this class helped? Do companies recognize the cert.? Any thing else would be greatly appreciated.

I think some certifications are fairly worthless, like advanced bubble-gum blowing or some such, but some actually will serve you well.

I have attained Master status and recognition by pursuing the many aspects and nuances of baiting but other than self-gratification, it hasn't done me a lot of good.

Haag enjoys various degrees of respect throughout the industry, but a cert from them couldn't hurt.

I took the Haag Residential Certification Class in June. I found it quite informative, the instructors/ engineers were extremely knowledgeable.  Haag explained the damages that can occur during installation, shipping, weathering, manufacturing, hail, ice, tornados etc.

They also cover concrete tile, modified bitumen, laminated shingles, asbestos and slate tile, or basically every roofing system you will see on a residential structure. I highly recommend the class.

I was not on the scene discussed by Haag but it was the marble size hail in Orlando that was about 2 foot deep on the ground many years ago.

I understand 1/3 of a 240# single is the crushed marble for color. And a coffee can 3/4 full does not make a total loss as the roofers were preaching.

    This is a good school.
