Has anyone out there been to Vale Training for Auto Estimatics 3000 Classes? If so did you have any success landing a job after completing the training?

I completed the Vale Automotive Estimatics 3000 course on March 21, 2003 and I later completed the I-CAR - Collision Repair 3000 course and I tried to get a job as an estimater with the large auto body shops in the Dallas - Fort Worth area and I was unsuccessfull.

Training courses are a joke, get a job first, then train for it.
No one is absolutely worthless, at the very least you can serve as a bad example.

What he said, however, Vale is no joke. It is the cream of the cream. Receiving training, even Vale training does not guarantee you employment. You just have to get out and look for it. Nothing in this world is handed to you unless you grew up with a silver spoon in your mouth, most of us have not.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
