We have all lost one of our own this past weekend.  Wendy Baran, one of the best flood adjusters and people I have ever had the priviledge to know passed away this past weekend.  Wendy was a young woman and we still don't know what exactly happened but she is gone and she will be greatly missed.  Pray for her family and friends as they deal with their grief.  Wendy, I will miss your simile and posittive attitude (even when the insured we were deailing with was a real a-hole!!!).  Rest in peace...

May god bless her soul. Though I never knew Wendy, I am saddened by our loss. My deepest sympathies to her family and loved ones.
No one is absolutely worthless, at the very least you can serve as a bad example.

Wendy and her husband Gil were staying in the same rv park as my husband and I, working Ike in the Galveston area. We all had dinner together on Fiday the 17th. Wendy and Gil are just the sweetest people you could come to know. My husband and I left on Sunday to go work an RCBAP in Arkansas and stop by home to vote. Wendy insisted on keeping an eye on my 2 cats while we were gone. We emailed each other on Monay night. She was having a blast with my cats and seemed her normal sweet self. On our way home Tuesday I called to let her know that she would have to give my cats back, when I learned she had passed away that morning. No warning, and to this day still, no reason. I was just really getting to know Wendy as I had just met her and Gil in April '07 when we met in the laundry room at an rv park in Jersey. I am still here in this park in Texas and each time I pass the spot where her RV was parked, I cannot believe she is gone. Wendy was a special person that I would have liked to call my friend for many years to come. I did know her and do miss her. Please pray for her husband Gil. He is grief stricken and needs God's grace in this tragic time.

Please GOD, let her rest in peace. I have known Gil and Wendy for many years, and worked with them up till 05. Gil, my heartfelt condolences go out to you. There , but for the Grace of God , go we.

That which is the most awful of evils, death, is nothing to us, since when we exist there is no death, and when there is death we do not exist, but we continue to exist in the hearts of those who love us. Wendy, go forth to your heavenly father and pray that those you leave behind will endure the physical and emotional pain of loss. To all those that cared and loved Wendy,  leave with her, your heart, soul and remembrances of past and  her passion for life. So do not weep, for she is forever in your heart and now watches us all from above.

Gil, I have not had the honor of meeting you or your wife. We all mourn with you, and hope in time that your heart will heal.  If you ever need anyone to talk to, you have many friends here.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
