The Assignment Survey is located on the "On The Road" page. The survey collects the following information. Location: The Location of the assignment Claims: Type of Claims Month: Month the Assignment Started Year: Year of the Assignment Days: Number of days on the assignment Number of Claims: The number claims handled on the assignment Avg Invoice: The average invoice amount Vendor: The vendor you worked for, (not required) Visit the On The Road page to take part in the survey, http://catadjuster.org/Adjusters/OnTheRoad.aspx Roy Contact Us - Search CADO - Storm Page - The Career Page - CADO Channels
