Independent Field Adjusters Wanted

Millennium Claims Services is growing! We are currently seeking licensed Independent Field Adjusters to handle Property Commercial, Residential, and Farm claims. If you have strong technical skills, a passion for helping people, and a commitment to quality work, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of CAT/Daily property adjusting experience

• Active Insurance Adjuster’s License

• Strong knowledge of property claims, estimating, and reporting

• Active Xactimate license and proficiency (minimum 3 years)

• Access to a functional computer, high-speed internet, ladder, measuring tools, and a valid driver’s license

• Ability to manage a reasonable claim volume quickly and accurately

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Physically able to travel, climb ladders, and perform full field investigations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct field investigations for commercial, residential, or liability claims

• Interpret and apply insurance policies and guidelines

• Produce professional reports with findings and settlement recommendations

• Meet established timelines for work product delivery

• Maintain responsiveness and urgency with clients, policyholders, and colleagues

• Flexibility to schedule inspections outside of traditional business hours as needed
