 August 7, 2025 — As the 2025 Atlantic Hurricane Season enters its historical peak, atmospheric and oceanic conditions continue to favor an above-normal season as NOAA first predicted in May.

As of 12/18/24 The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation is currently reporting; Total Claims Reported: 318,158 Total Incurred Loss: $3,623,157,247 Open Claims with no payment: 53,297 Percent of claims closed: 74.9%
