Equipment Damage Consultants (EDC) provides a proven scientific approach to the assessment of actual physical damage (corrosion, electrical surge, contamination, etc.) to electronic equipment to determine if the reported damage symptoms are repairable, unrelated to the event, or indicative of the need for replacement. In addition to on-site damage assessment, we conduct desk reviews of electronic equipment claims consisting of Insured and service provider telephone interviews and quote / invoice reviews focusing on repair/replacement decisions, evaluation of service provider quote/invoice for reasonable & customary market based labor and materials costs and LKQ analyses.
