@ecandler43, my suggestion is that you acquire the certifications listed in your post, USAA, Nationwide, State Farm, Allstate, and get that flood license and earthquake certified. As you are in pursuit keep a detailed ledger of costs/expense, time involved and miles driven, motels and the like and then come back to this forum and share your experience. Perhaps you would be so kind as to revisit periodically and share your earning as the jobs mount up and the money rolls in.
