Experience is not what happens to a man.
It is what a man does with what happens to him.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

He who gains a victory over other men is strong; but he who gains a victory over himself is all powerful. Faith in self is very important.

Sometimes in our attempt to give children what we did not have,
we forget to give our children what we did have.

To think that you are not going to fail is an illusion.
Fail faster, you will only be closer to what you want.

There are four ways, and only four ways, in which we have contact with the world. We are evaluated and classified by these four contacts: what we do, how we look, what we say, and how we say it.

There are only two options regarding commitment; you're either in or you're out. There's no such thing as life in-between. Commit to being as good an adjuster as you can, and stick with that commitment.

The difference between whether you say, 'I wish I would have,' or 'I'm glad I did,' at the end of your life is whether or not you take decisive action during your life.

Courage is fear holding on, just one minute longer. We have all been in this position one time or another. Don't allow fear to control your destiny, I never have.

Today, let your heart dance.
You will find no shortage of dance partners, as your feet join in.
And your eyes.
And your smile.
And every part of your body and your feelings.
Let your heart dance all day long.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

Okay guys and gals, we all know or should know that positive attitude helps you to cope more easily with the daily affairs of life. It brings optimism into your life, and makes it easier to avoid worry and negative thinking. If you adopt it as a way of life, it will bring constructive changes into your life, and makes them happier, brighter and more successful. With a positive attitude you see the bright side of life, become optimistic and expect the best to happen. It is certainly a state of mind that is well worth developing and strengthening.
Try these thoughts every day:
Positive thinking.
Constructive thinking.
Creative thinking.
Expecting success.
Optimism.
Motivation to accomplish your goals.
Being inspired.
Choosing happiness.
Not giving up.
Looking at failure and problems as blessings in disguise.
Believing in yourself and in your abilities.
Displaying self-esteem and confidence.
Looking for solutions.
Seeing opportunities.
Look for and seek knowledge.
A positive attitude leads to happiness and success and can change your whole life. If you look at the bright side of life, your whole life becomes filled with light. This light affects not only you and the way you look at the world, but also your whole environment and the people around you. If it is strong enough, it becomes contagious. Some of us have been sitting around waiting for that stand by call for a long time, much too long. Don't allow negativity to enter your mind. Don't allow that to happen. Do everything you can to prevent it.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

People who consider themselves victims of their circumstances will always remain victims unless they develop a greater vision for their lives. Quit becoming a victim and become an activist and leader. Your gains will be phenominal. Don't wait, just DO.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

Will Power and Self Discipline. What does it really mean to us as adjusters. Quite simply put, it will make us more comfortable in our own skins. It will enable us to become the very best, which is what vendors are looking for. It allows us to become who we really are.
Will power is the ability to overcome laziness and procrastination. It is the ability to control or reject unnecessary or harmful impulses. It is the ability to arrive to a decision and follow it with perseverance until its successful accomplishment. It is the inner power that overcomes the desire to indulge in unnecessary and useless habits, and the inner strength that overcomes inner emotional and mental resistance for taking action. It is one of the corner stones of success, both spiritual and material.
Self-discipline is the companion of will power. It endows with the stamina to persevere in whatever one does. It bestows the ability to withstand hardships and difficulties, whether physical, emotional or mental. It grants the ability to reject immediate satisfaction, in order to gain something better, but which requires effort and time.
Everyone has inner, unconscious, or partly conscious impulses, making them say or do things they later regret saying or doing. On many occasions people do not think before they talk or act. By developing these two powers, one becomes conscious of the inner, subconscious impulses, and gains the ability to reject them when they are not for his/her own good.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

The road to happiness lies in two simple principles. Find what it is that interests you the most and that you can do well. When you find that out, put your whole soul into it. Put every bit of energy and ambition and natural ability you have into it. Persevere to survive.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
