I looked for all the posted information in the NFIP Standard Dwelling Policy, maybe someone could provide the cite? Page numbers would be adequate.

Most current field claims representatives can't remember when adjusters handled NFIP flood claims.

I am not sure what you mean by that unless you are stating that someone without draft authority is not an adjuster. If that is your point, that is splitting hairs.
