Any experienced IA's looking for an apprentice?

I have a Texas license and Florida is pending. I attended the classes for adjusting and Xactimate at US Staffing.

I am a former Fraud Investigator looking for a change.

I can send my resume if you are interested.

    Thanks!

How is working on Insurance claims supposed to be different from working fraud claims?

I worked for a major computer retailer. I investigated employee dishonesty, credit card fraud, embezzlement, etc.  After the investigation I decided whether to prosecute or not. Fired lots of employees. I hold the record at that company for terminating the most employees.

Do you have a four -year degree from a college? Are you employed at this time? What did US Staffing promise you about employment when you took their courses? Have you tried to go to work for one of the major carriers as an Adjuster Trainee?

I do not have a 4 year degree. I have applied as a trainee but most require a degree.

Perhaps when the storms start to actually HIT this year, you will get folks posting requests for apprentices in the classified section. As of now, most of us are sitting on our hands waiting for the next 'big one' to hit.

Good luck, hang in there. OR, seek gainful employment in another field until "it" happens.

    Steve,

I am sure you will be disappointed but I am not seeking "gainful employment" in another field.
