How would you manage claims flow using Excel? Expand this thought a little, I don't understand.

The best way to set up your office is to set it up the fastest way that works the best for you to handle the claims as quickly and efficiently as Possible.

One of the benifits of using excel is if you set it up properly you can enter a date something was done and have it figure the next due date something needs to be done. Also i believe that those dates can be downloaded to Microsoft appointments.
